If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items that are in new unused condition with all original packaging and other components included and accompanied by an original MAXX MODA receipt/invoice or gift receipt.
All MAXX MODA merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.
All returns will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement but timing is based on the purchasers banking institution. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Any original shipping charges are not refundable. However, in the event a shipping error results in the receipt of incorrect merchandise all shipping charges will be refunded.
IMPORTANT: To utilized the self-service return functionality a free member account must be created before or during checkout.
1. Log into your MaxxModa.com member account to view your order history
2. Orders are eligible for refund within 30 days of shipment unless otherwise noted.
3. Click the “Request Return” button next to the order you want to return item(s) from.
4. Click the check box next to the item(s) you wish to return.
5. Select a reason for the return request.
6. Select if you would like to use the Maxx Moda $8 flat rate return option and have a prepaid label sent you.

7. For defective items please attach a picture of the defect with your request.
8. Click Submit.
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email confirming your return request has been received and is under review. We will contact you if we require any additional information to process you request.
Upon approval of your request you will be sent a RMA reference code. This code MUST appear on the outside of the shipping carton used to return the merchandise.
RETURNING A GIFT
Gifts purchased online can be returned when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. To initiate please contact a customer service representative at any time using our chat app or by emailing email@example.com. For merchandise returned with a gift receipt only, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of a Maxi Moda E-coupon.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Due to inventory flow, we cannot guarantee stock availability upon the arrival of your exchange. Therefore, to ensure that our customers get the item(s) they want, we do not do exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the RETURN INSTRUCTIONS listed above using reason code ‘EXCHANGE’. Once your request has been submitted, please feel free to place your new order. A refund will be issued once your original order has been received by us.
